Taking Care of My Heart
About the team
Our team is full of highly qualified specialists, including doctors, nurses, paramedics, therapists and clinical support workers. This is to make sure you get safe, high-quality care.
We base everything we do around your needs – and so your care might include scheduled home visits based on your needs, wearing digital devices that monitor your health when a professional isn’t around and fast access to hospital care if it’s ever needed.
Our aim is to help you recover while allowing you to be as independent as possible – continuing with your daily routines, dressing and eating how you like and staying in control of what you do day-to-day.
