School Aged Health (Wiltshire)

For:

The School Aged Health Service is here to support all school and college aged children & young people in Wiltshire to help them reach their full potential, regardless of any health and wellbeing needs or challenges they may face.

About the team

School nurses provide confidential advice, care, and treatment to children and young people. They work with parents and carers in schools and other community settings to ensure that every child’s needs are met. They conduct screening programs, manage medical conditions, and serve as a point of contact for child protection concerns. We believe that every child deserves to grow up healthy and happy, and we are here to make that happen.
