If you have a clinic appointment at Whitehorse Health Centre in Westbury, we want you to feel comfortable and understand how to find us and what to expect on the day.

By road, access to the centre is directly off a roundabout on Mainway and the A3098. If you’re using public transport, there’s a bus stop right outside.

There’s only one building you can see from the car park, and that’s the one you need. There’s plenty of parking, which is free and easy to find. Disabled spaces are also available if required.Go through the front doors, and you can ignore the check-in screens. You don’t need to check there.

Our consulting rooms are on the first floor of the centre and the lift and the stairs are near the entrance when you walk in. The waiting room is the only room you can go into when you reach the first floor. Even if you don’t see anyone when you arrive, we’ll be expecting you, so take a seat and your practitioner will come to the waiting room to collect you. If you need to speak to someone about your appointment, please call the number on your appointment letter. And if you do need to cancel or re schedule your appointment, please contact us in plenty of time.
