If you have an appointment with us at the Larkhill Medical Centre in Salisbury, we want you to feel comfortable and understand how find us and what to expect on the day. This is a Ministry of Defence Health Centre, which is shared with the local NHS. The site is quite big. If you’re driving and using satnav, input Larkhill Medical Centre rather than the postcode. The entrance you need is on Wilson Road next to the Packhorse pub. Follow the one way signs and the car park will be on your left. There’s lots of parking which is free and easy to find and disabled spaces are available if required.
You can use the step free access to reach the centre and the main entrance is at the top of the steps.
The reception desk is split in two. The first one is for the MOD. Walk past that to the end of the screens and our reception desk is there.
If you don’t see anyone at first, ring the bell and someone will be with you shortly. One of the friendly reception team will tell us that you’re here, but for now take a seat and your practitioner will come and collect you when it’s your will be in a room at the end of the corridor. We’ll walk you to a room, all of which are named after birds, so take a look on your way in and take a seat. If you need to speak to someone about your appointment, please call the number on your appointment letter. And if you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us in plenty of time.
