Transcript

If you have a clinic appointment at St Martin’s Hospital, we want you to feel comfortable and understand how to find us and what to expect on the day. The hospital is near the Sainsbury’s store at Odd Down in Bath. There are two entrances to the car park, one opposite the Sainsbury’s and another one on the opposite side of the hospital site on Midford Road.

We suggest using the Midford Road entrance as it offers a slightly shorter walk.

Once you’re on-site, parking is free and easy to find. From the Midford Road entrance, patient parking is in front of the barriers. Disabled spaces are available, should they be required.

The hospital entrance you need is the one near the roundabout within the site. If you’re looking at the big chimney, you’re facing the wrong way.

Walk through the main entrance and you’ll find the reception desk on your right hand side. You don’t need to check-in there, but the friendly staff can point you in the right direction.

Our clinics operate from rooms along the first corridor on the left hand side of the main hospital corridor.

The sign over the door says outpatient department and signs point to the dental clinic and dietetics. Don’t worry, your appointment has nothing to do with teeth.

Come through this door and the waiting room is just along the corridor. The consulting rooms are all along this corridor, but for now just take a seat and someone will come and find you when it’s your turn.

If you don’t see anyone when you arrive, we’ll be expecting you and you won’t be forgotten.

If there are any special instructions on the day, you’ll find them on the notice board. Your practitioner will come and collect you when it’s your turn and accompany you into room.

If you need to speak to someone about your appointment, please call the number on your appointment letter. And if you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us in plenty of time.
