If you have a clinic appointment at Cairnsham Health Centre, we want you to feel comfortable and know how to find us and what to expect on the day.

If you’re using public transport this will drop you off in the town centre which is a short walk from the clinic on Saint Clement’s Road.

If you’re on foot the entrance you need is through these gates and you could head through the doors directly in front of you. This will take you into the main reception.

For drivers the entrance you need is on the other side of the building that you access from the car park. Parking is free and easy to find. Disabled spaces are also available too if required. Come in through the automatic doors and if there are any special instructions on the day they’ll be on the notice board. Ignore the downstairs reception area, that’s for the GP surgery.

Go left and walk through the two doors at the end of the corridor to find the lift and stairs.

Our consulting rooms operate from the first floor of the clinic.

The reception area and waiting room is directly opposite the door to the lift and stair lobby. Head in and you’ll be greeted by our friendly reception staff who will check you in and let your practitioner know that you’ve arrived. Take a seat and your practitioner will come to the waiting room to collect you and take you into the consultation room. There may be a short wait before you’re seen, so you may want to bring an activity to do while you wait.

If you need to speak to someone about your appointment, please call the number on your appointment letter. And if you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us in plenty of time.
