If you have an appointment with us at Derby Court in Trowbridge, we want you to feel comfortable and know how to find us, where to park, and what to expect on the day.
Derby Court is in the White Horse Business Park in Trowbridge. This can be a bit tricky to find, so we’re going to guide you through.
As you come off the roundabout onto Aintree Avenue, take the second road on the right onto Epsom Road.
Carry on down this road and with the second building on the right marked Derby Court.
There is disabled parking if needed and patient parking right outside the door, but sometimes this can be busy.
Before trying to park elsewhere, please look out for signs so that you don’t park in someone else’s reserved space.
Head into the main entrance, which is this one, next to the disabled parking area in the middle of the building. Press the call button, and the receptionist will let you in.
Check-in here and the friendly team will give you a parking pass to display in your windscreen, so you’ll have to nip back out to the car.
For now, take a seat and when it’s your turn, your clinician will come to reception area to collect you. There may be a short wait before you are seen, so you may want to bring an activity to do while you’re waiting.
Your practitioner will show you to the consulting room, which is just a short walk from the reception area. The consulting room will look a little bit like this one.
Once your appointment has finished don’t forget to hand over your car parking pass to the reception team. If you need to speak to someone about your appointment, please call the number on your appointment letter. And if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us in plenty of time.
