If you have an appointment at MedCentres Plus in Salisbury, we want you to feel comfortable and know how to find us, where to park and what to expect on the day.
The building is in the centre of town on Avon approach which you can see over the river from the large car park near the Sainsbury’s store. If you’re arriving by car, on-site parking is free but please don’t forget to validate your ticket once you’re inside.
Disabled spaces are also available too if required.
This is a small car park and it can get very busy so we also recommend using the central car park which is part of the big Sainsbury’s and only a short walk to the clinic.
You must pay for parking here and the machines are located around the car park.
From the Sainsbury’s, walk in the direction of the river and cross over the bridge. Your clinic appointment will be down this road on the left.
Don’t confuse us with the Central Health Clinic. Your appointment is in the building just behind.
If you’re using public transport, there is a bus which stops right next to Avon approach. If you’re walking from here, go up this street and cross over the bridge. This is a short walk and Medcenters Plus is on the right behind the big Central Health Clinic.
Go up the steps and through the door directly in front of you. Our clinic rooms operate from the first floor. You can use the stairs or the lift which is on the left as you come in.
A sign points to our waiting room and reception where you should check-in with a friendly reception staff who will let your practitioner know that you’ve arrived.
Don’t forget to validate your vehicle if you’ve parked on-site. The screen is on your left and will ask for your registration number.
Once you’ve checked in, take a seat in the waiting room and your practitioner will come and collect you when it’s your turn. There may be a short wait before you are seen, so you may want to bring an activity to do while you wait.
If you need to speak to someone about your appointment, please call the number on your appointment letter. And if you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us in plenty of time.
