If you have a children’s hearing appointment at St Martin’s Hospital, we want you to feel comfortable and understand how to find us and what to expect on the day. The children’s hearing entrance is a bit tricky to find, so we’ve made this video to help you out, starting with where to park. The hospital is near the Sainsbury’s store at Odddown in Bath. There are two entrances to the car park, one opposite the Sainsbury’s and another on the opposite side of the hospital site on Midford Road. For this appointment we recommend using the car park entrance on Froome Road near the Sainsbury’s store. If there are no spaces, more parking is available just around the corner by entering the car park through the Midford Road entrance on the same site.

To find the children’s hearing entrance, follow the long wooden fence and the signs pointing towards children’s audiology.

Follow the short walkway and the entrance door is on the right. This leads you directly into our friendly waiting room.

Even if you don’t see anyone when you arrive, we’ll be expecting you and you won’t be forgotten. Your practitioner will come and collect you when it’s your turn and accompany you into the consultation room. If you need step free access to children’s audiology, continue along the outside of the building to the main entrance. You’ll see signs when you enter the building and you’ll be greeted by a member of the team.

If you need to speak to someone about your appointment, please call the number on your appointment letter. And if you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us in plenty of time.
